HOW CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?
Please note that we do not provide any refund. In case of any return, you can avail Shoppetite credits which can be redeemed on our website.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SHOPPETITE PRODUCT?
We are offering only high Quality Products, so there is no chance that you will think about returning them after receiving the product.
Exchange Policy
VIDEO PROOF OF OPENING THE COURIER MANDATORY IN CASE OF ANY RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST
You can exchange the Product within the first 3 Calendar days of the items delivery if you have faced any of the following issue.
- Product is Defective/Damaged.
- Product is described incorrectly or does not correspond to the item shown on the website and purchased by the Customer.
Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
Any customised product cant be exchanged or returned as it cant be a subject of reselling any more.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return or Exchange is not available in the event of a little colour differentiation.
We will be happy to issue refund or replacement within 3 days of delivery on the rare occasion of a mistake attributable to us including the Wrong Item Delivered Or Transport Related Damage. After 3 days, we do not accept returns or offer replacements

Note
- Don't Accept the delivery if you found a damaged or opened the package from the courier.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- We will gladly exchange products that are damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If you had ordered the wrong product and then you want to replace it then additional shipping charges will be applied by the customer.
- Video Proof Is required for package opening in case you request the claim that you have not received the product in the package.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Customer is not happy with the looks and colors of a defect-free product
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product with full video proof from opening the courier box to checking its contents.
- An any damage caused by the user.
- International orders are not eligible for return or replacement
